Our yoga safely balances the body and mind through the energy of motion and the heart of self realisation. We create strong and lean muscles through dynamic physical postures that help to purify the body from toxins, pacify the mind through conscious breathing and then quietly return the body to a state of blissful surrender.

We offer casual drop-in classes and 8-week Beginner, Intermediate courses, retreats and workshops. We are excited to offer Yoga Teacher Training. Looking for a specific health program? We also offer One to One tuition that tailors a yoga practice just for you.
